Do I need to provide anything?
Yes. As we provide a driveway-based service, we require access to a standard domestic power socket and an outdoor water tap. We carry heavy-duty extension leads and hoses to reach your vehicle.
Where do you travel to?
We cover all of Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme, including Tunstall, Kidsgrove, Hanley, Longton, and Stone. For areas further out in Staffordshire, a small travel fee may apply.
How long will my car be out of action?
A Maintenance Wash takes about 90 minutes. Our signature Deep Clean usually takes 4 hours, and a Full Detail requires a full day (6-8 hours).
What happens if it's raining?
If the weather is too severe to work safely or effectively, we will contact you on the morning of your booking to reschedule for the next available dry day.
