1. Service Requirements
The client must provide access to a standard domestic power socket and an outdoor water tap at the service location. Failure to provide these may result in a cancelled booking and loss of deposit.
2. Pricing & Heavy Soiling
All prices quoted are "from" prices. Vehicles containing excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards, or heavy soiling will incur an additional surcharge, which will be agreed upon before work commences.
3. Cancellations & Weather
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain/high winds), Obsidian Detailing reserves the right to reschedule the booking to ensure a showroom finish.
4. Liability & Pre-Existing Condition
Obsidian Detailing carries out a comprehensive pre-work inspection. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing clear coat failure, loose trim, stone chips, or previous poor repairs that may be affected by a standard professional cleaning process.
